Last week in the Jackson Library, fourth graders had fun creating ‘shelfies’. They took a photo with their favorite book and then typed a sentence using PicCollage to tell why it is their favorite. This helps me to get to know our Jackson readers and makes the cutest bulletin board ever!
Shelfie Instructions
Pre-K and kindergarteners enjoyed activities based on Ehlert’s Leaf Man book this past week! We created leaf creatures using the magnetic board and manipulative leaves. The kids had to guess the creature the child was making. Then they used the Labo Lado Leaf app to create virtual leaf creatures during check out. Fun!
